Restylers United is comprised of proactive members willing to share ideas, best business practices, and most of all a glimpse into their businesses exposing what makes them successful and where their businesses lack efficiency.

 

Restylers United began meeting at SEMA in 2004, in a hotel room. Different peer companies were invited to share common goals, such as sustained growth, solid product quality, aggressive marketing and outstanding customer service. These meetings were moderated by Joey Johnston of Tops and Trends of North Carolina.

 

In 2008 the first sales training meeting was hosted in San Antonio, with about 5 companies attending, sending their sales people to train on the basics of Dealership interaction as well as several vendors were able to show us product feature and sales techniques. Every year since then Josh Elliot of ATD Denver, Rick Braschler of Dealer Source Ltd. , Joey Johnston of Tops and Trends and Josh Poulson of Auto Additions, have been the core individuals that have carried on the laborious task of ensuring a top notch meeting is being hosted that benefits all aspects of our business.

 

Today, Restylers United has 15 members from throughout the United States, Coast to Coast. The group is actively, yet cautiously inviting new members who have likeminded goals and every company in the group benefits every time they meet. Whether it reduces costs, introduces a new product or concept or a new process to implement that helps make the company more efficient and profitable.
